Passion for Pigs Veterinary Service LLC ("Passion for Pigs," "we," "us," or "our") operates P4P Office Tools, an internal software portal used by our staff, including tools built for our affiliated brands Passion for Poultry and BoarMax. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with P4P Office Tools, including our SMS text messaging program.

To operate our internal tools and, where enabled, to send operational text message alerts to staff, we may collect: names, mobile phone numbers, work email addresses, and information related to the specific task or record the tool manages (for example, animal health testing schedules and status).

Information is used strictly to operate our internal business tools and, for staff who are enrolled in SMS alerts, to send time-sensitive operational notifications (such as an upcoming, due, or past-due task). We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS alerts are used solely to deliver the operational alerts described in our Terms of Service. This is an internal, employee-facing messaging program — enrollment is limited to designated staff who have agreed to receive these alerts as part of their role. We do not share phone numbers or opt-in/consent data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate our tools (for example, our hosting provider and our SMS delivery provider), each bound to use the information only to provide that service to us.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate P4P Office Tools and to comply with our recordkeeping practices. Staff may request removal from the SMS alert program at any time.

Staff enrolled in SMS alerts may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any alert message, or by contacting us using the information below. Replying HELP will return support contact information.
